Steven M. Pinch, PLS, CPESC
Steven has over 37 years of surveying experience, starting out as rod-person in 1981 for a local surveying firm and working his way up to Office Manager in 1990. Steve received his Professional Land Surveyors license in 1995. In 1999, Steve established Pinch Surveying, a surveying and land planning company. During Steve’s past 30 years he has been involved in the layout of many new subdivisions, a golf course, commercial building layouts, wetland permits, design of numerous septic systems, and countless residential property surveys. Steve has a Certificate of Land Surveying and an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams University, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rhode Island College, an Associates Degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University, and a Masters of Arts Degree from Rhode Island College.
Tom started his surveying career as a rod-person for a local surveying firm in 1989. He quickly worked his way up to Instrument Operator and then to Party Chief. Tom has worked as the Field Party Chief for Pinch Surveying for over sixteen years. Tom also has extensive knowledge in title research and has researched many difficult titles to find the required survey data. Tom has completed hundreds of residential and commercial surveys over the years. In 2008, Tom took the position of Office Manager for Pinch Surveying. Tom’s responsibilities include daily contact with our clients, managing the field crew’s duties, reviewing field data, surveying computations, and preparing the final plans for our clients.
